Young adults in America are facing a significant mental health crisis. This webinar examines how attachment theory can inform treatment processes. We’ll explore how the empirically supported Attachment-Based Family Therapy (ABFT) model can be adapted for young adult clients, to address underlying relational trauma contributing to mental health symptoms.

Meredith is the National Family Therapy Specialist for Newport Healthcare. A certified Attachment-Based Family Therapist and supervisor, she facilitates ABFT supervision and training for Newport. Meredith has extensive experience in trauma treatment for youth and families, including community settings and in the foster care system.
