What to Expect During Intensive Outpatient Therapy
Our IOP for teens and IOP for young adults offer programming 3โ5 days a week, typically from 3:00โ6:00 pm (hours may vary by location). The program includes weekly individual therapy, group therapy, family therapy, and life skills programming.
