As CEO of Newport’s PrairieCare division since 2020, Todd was recognized as one of the Most Admired CEOs of the Year by the Minnesota Business Journal in 2024. In his current role, he continues to oversee PrairieCare operations, in addition to Newport’s residential programs for adolescents and young adults in both Minnesota and Utah.

Experience

Todd has been a key player in developing PrairieCare as one of Minnesota’s largest psychiatric health systems, including the state’s largest psychiatric hospital for youth and young adults. He also serves as executive director for the Psychiatric Assistance Line (PAL), a Minnesota service aimed towards increasing collaboration and support between psychiatrists and primary care providers.
