Dr. Alexander is a licensed clinical psychologist and skilled healthcare leader with two decades of experience in administration, quality assurance, risk management, and compliance. He began his career in behavioral health as the Director of Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services Division with a large nonprofit focused on improving the general well-being and education of the Asian, Pacific Islander, and other underserved communities.

Experience

Subsequently, Dr. Alexander redesigned protocols for utilization and fiscal management, strategic planning, quality, performance improvement, utilization metrics, and daily operations at a Fortune 500 managed care insurance company. Most recently, he led quality assurance, compliance, risk management, privacy, and utilization review at chemical dependency and acute care inpatient behavioral health hospitals.
