Carol Arrowood has more than 30 years of experience as a human resources executive in the hospitality, healthcare, and business services industries. She is skilled in formulating strategies and visions in core areas within HR, as well as creating effective teams to further these goals. Carol has built her expertise within growth-oriented companies of up to 25,000 employees, both publicly and non-publicly traded. She is adept at building scalable HR infrastructure with high-performing teams, mergers and acquisitions, and process improvement. Carol serves as a key member of the Newport executive team, combining her knowledge of high-level operations and finance to partner with leadership in moving the business forward. Her most recent positions prior to Newport include Chief Human Resources Officer of Foundations Recovery Network and Vice President of Corporate Human Resources Operations for O’Charley’s, Inc.
