With over two decades of leadership experience across multiple industries, Brian has an extensive finance background driving growth, profitability, and market expansion. Most recently, he was the Chief Executive Officer/President of Fourth Capital Bank in Nashville, where he was nominated for “Most Admired CEO” by the Nashville Business Journal. He led a bank rebranding effort and doubled bank asset size and client relationships. Brian previously served as Chief Financial Officer of INTRUST Bank, a $7.5 billion family-owned bank in Kansas; as Executive Vice President for Bickford Senior Living in Kansas; and in leadership and finance roles at Koch Industries, Kansas Farm Bureau, and Royal Bank of Canada. He graduated from Wichita State University Barton School of Business with a degree in Finance.
