This interactive webinar is designed for clinical professionals, Psychologists, Therapists, Counselors, and Social Workers working with families during a time of crisis. Tim Ringgold, our featured speaker, discusses the field of music therapy and then takes a closer look at its use within the field of teen mental health, leaving professionals with knowledge about how to use a client-centered music experience for connection and wellness, and to reach specific goal areas.

Sonic Divinity Music Therapy Services is directed by board certified music therapist Tim Ringgold. Tim also holds a certificate in NICU music therapy, and is a certified Remo Health RHYTHMS facilitator. Tim graduated from Chapman University as President of the Music Therapy Student Association, and recipient of the Music Therapy Award and Guitar Award. Since then, Tim has been awarded the New Professional Grant from the Western Region Chapter of the American Music Therapy Association and served as the President and Vice President of the Chapter over a ten year period, for which he received the region’s Service Award in 2019. He presents at regional, national, and international conferences on using music for pain and stress management and overcoming adversity.
