Mental health providers can foster growth and resilience for this community using DBT skills, such as mindfulness, distress tolerance, emotion regulation, and interpersonal effectiveness. By bridging the intersection of DBT and LGBTQIA+ experiences, this presentation empowers professionals to offer more inclusive, affirming, and effective care.
